ORIGINAL: Sony is gearing up to announce the next wave of PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium games for August 2025.
The new PS Plus Extra and Premium games will be unveiled at 4.30pm BST UK time on the afternoon of August 13.
Without any leaks to go by, fans have been attempting to predict the new PS4 and PS5 games over on Reddit, and there's one game that's proving extremely popular.
There are dozens of picks for Assassin's Creed Mirage, which has just made its debut on Xbox Game Pass.
The action-adventure game is seen as a return to the series' roots, eliminating the RPG elements of later titles in favour of a more streamlined experience.
"Experience the story of Basim, a cunning street thief seeking answers and justice as he navigates the bustling streets of ninth-century Baghdad," reads the official description.
"Through a mysterious, ancient organization known as the Hidden Ones, he will become a deadly Master Assassin and change his fate in ways he never could have imagined."
Fellow Ubisoft release Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora also receives multiple picks, alongside The Crew Motorfest.
A few first-party Sony games also make the list, including Gran Turismo 7, The Last of Us Part 2, Marvel's Spider-Man 2 and LEGO Horizon Adventure.
Other popular picks include EA FC 25, Mortal Kombat 1, Rise of the Ronin, Atomic Heart and Hades.
There are also picks for the likes of Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess, System Shock, Stellar Blade, Wo Long Fallen Dynasty and Still Wakes the Deep.
That's on top of Street Fighter 6, Pacific Drive, Viewfinder, Resident Evil 4, Resident Evil Village and Lords of the Fallen.
Interestingly, Star Wars Outlaws has started to get a lot more picks, so maybe we'll see it join the line-up soon.
