Adding fish into your weekly meals is a fantastic idea, and salmon stands out as one of the healthiest options due to its abundance of heart-healthy omega-3 fatty acids and antioxidants. That said, simply enjoying a plain piece of seared, baked, or grilled salmon can become boring over time. However, the secret to making that delicious salmon you're craving is the seasonings.

Taking to Simply Recipes, one cooking pro has shared her go-to recipe for "juicy" salmon that takes less than 20 minutes. What's more, you only need one main ingredient to add tons of flavour to the fish.

Having tried "so many recipes" over the years, cooking pro Jessica Furniss has found her "all-time favourite way to make salmon", and it's "simple" - it's a Mediterranean-inspired recipe.

All you need are salmon fillets and store-bought Greek dressing for the "juiciest, most flavour-packed" salmon.

One of the greatest aspects of this recipe is that it can be prepared in less than 20 minutes.

After applying Greek dressing to the salmon fillets, let them marinate in the refrigerator for five minutes.

Fish is more tender compared to other types of meat, and it can turn mushy if marinated for too long. Jessica prefers to use a five-minute marinade to ensure salmon remains "tender and flaky".

While the fish is marinating, gently oil a baking tray and preheat it in the oven.

Adding a tablespoon of oil to the baking tray and letting the pan heat in the oven for five minutes before adding the salmon yields "crunchy, crispy skin".

Next, place the fish (skin-side down) onto the hot, oiled baking tray and bake it for 12 to 13 minutes. For a fancier crust on top, switch your oven to the grill setting during the last three minutes.
