M4 traffic LIVE: Huge delays near Reading and Newbury after incident

The M4 is experiencing delays near Reading and Newbury due to an incident.

The AA says: "Delays of seven minutes and delays increasing on M4 Westbound between J12 A4 Bath Road (Theale) and J13 A34 (Chieveley / Newbury).

"Average speed ten mph," the spokesperson added.

Little is known about the nature of the incident so far.
