Arsenal are set to kick-start their 2025/26 pre-season with a high-profile friendly against AC Milan in Singapore, marking the commencement of their Asia tour. The Gunners, who are keen to break a five-year trophy-less streak following another second-place finish in the Premier League, have strengthened their squad with several notable signings this summer.
Martin Zubimendi and Christian Norgaard have been brought in to add technical prowess and much-needed depth to the midfield, while Noni Madueke will be vying for a starting position on the wings against Bukayo Saka and Gabriel Martinelli. Kepa Arrizabalaga has also joined the ranks to provide backup for No.1 goalkeeper David Raya.
They are closing in on a move for striker Viktor Gyokeres, who won't feature in Singapore, as the friendly comes too soon. Fans may have to wait until next month for his debut.

Summer recruits Zubimendi, Norgaard and Kepa are all set to make their debuts. However, Madueke has not travelled with the squad due to the time off he owes following his participation in Chelsea's Club World Cup campaign.
Gabriel Jesus continues to be out of action, recovering from a knee injury sustained last season, with an anticipated return in August. Meanwhile, academy prospects like Max Dowman could get some game time, as could fellow young talents Ismael Kabia, Louie Copley, Josh Nichols, Andre Harriman-Annous and Marli Salmon, who have all also made the trip.
As for Milan, new signing Luka Modric will not be participating in the match as, similar to Madueke, he has not travelled after playing for Real Madrid at the Club World Cup. Former Chelsea trio Fikayo Tomori, Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Christian Pulisic are all expected to feature though, as is Portugal superstar Rafael Leao.
