NBCC (India) Limited, a Navratna Central Public Sector Enterprise (CPSE), and its subsidiary Hindustan Steelworks Construction Limited (HSCL), a Miniratna CPSE under the Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs (MoHUA), today presented dividend cheque (s) to the Govt. of India towards Final Dividend for FY 2024-25 and Interim Dividend for FY 2025-26.
NBCC contributed ₹23.34 crore as Final Dividend for FY 2024-25 and ₹35.01 crore as Interim Dividend FY 2025-26, while HSCL contributed ₹11.25 crore and ₹2.19 crore, respectively, towards Final Dividend for FY 2024-25 and Interim Dividend for FY 2025-26. In total, the two CPSEs have given cheques of ₹71.79 crore to the Govt. of India.
The dividend cheque(s) were formally presented to Manohar Lal, Hon’ble Minister for Housing & Urban Affairs and Minister of Power, by K.P. Mahadevaswamy, Chairman & Managing Director, NBCC and Chairman, HSCL.
The occasion was attended by NBCC’s Functional Directors – Saleem Ahmad, Director (Projects), and Anjeev Kumar Jain, Director (Finance), along with senior officials of NBCC and HSCL.
